Why can't I just place an order and pay now?
To ensure the best customer care we personally respond to you. This is because we are a small farm with a limited amount of beef. This process allows us to coordinate all the details and questions to get your beef to you as soon as possible.
How long does processing take once its started?
In order to assure the most tender and highest quality beef, the cow will be taken to be processed at the right age. Therefore, you can get this information when you order or call to place an order. It depends on when the cows are ready for processing.

Why do the prices have a range?
Each cow weighs a little bit differently. It is priced per pound because you may get more beef or less depending on the cows over all weight. The per pound cost makes sure that you pay for what you get.
