All grass fed whole beef orders include all cuts, steaks, & ground beef processed from the cow.
The price is determined by the beef's hanging weight. The customer will pay processing fees. (See Below for Hanging Weight Description).
Total Cost in full is due before pick up or delivery is made.

Shipping or Pick-up
You can choose to pick-up your beef at the butcher or schedule a delivery with us for a small fee depending on the distance.

How the Process Works?
What is Hanging Weight?
This is the weight that the butcher gives us after the animal has been taken back to the butcher shop to hang.
The weight difference from live to hanging is from loss of blood, head, hide, hooves, viscera, lungs and heart.
Our Quality Promise
We are a small farm, but we care about quality. We have a limited supply of beef because it takes time to raise them.
We value that things are done well and with high quality. When your beef goes to be processed it will hang the maximum amount of days (14) to ensure you beef will be as tender as possible.

The beef is certified inspected at the butcher to ensure safety and quality.
Demand Vs. Availability
Currently we have 14 grass fed beef ready for order. These will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but would love to communicate further with you with any questions/concerns you may have.

Once cow is purchased and down payment is received we will call and schedule a butcher date. After a butcher date is scheduled we will contact you again to let you know when you beef will be ready for pick up or delivery.
The process
Once the hanging weight is determined we will then invoice for the remaining of the beef. The processing fees are included in the prices already.

You will be able to choose how you want your meat processed. We use Fifth Avenue Process in Sterling, OK 73567.
But, it you choose tenderizing, chicken fry, or stew/fajita there will be an additional fee.
